Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
AIRMIC commissioned Det Norske Veritas (DNV) to undertake research into the benefits of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). DNV was tasked with identifying organisations that had an ERM initiative
in place for 3 or more years. Five case studies were identified and analysis was undertaken of the measurable benefits that were delivered in each organisation.
The ERM report sets out details of the case studies, together with analysis of the features of a successful ERM initiative. This unique and valuable research also provides an insight into how the case study organisations achieved success and how that success was demonstrated. The case studies are diverse and include an international law firm, chemical company and a Government agency.
