Academy: The Three Lines Governance Model

This session explores leveraging the Three Lines Model as a basis for building and implementing robust assurance across an organisation, including providing transparency over the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.   It looks in particular at the importance of a robust and effective second line, which helps to strengthen oversight, and how to overcome some of the difficulties in getting this right.
