With the COVID-19 pandemic keeping offices across the world closed, there has been a substantial increase in threat actors exploiting lax remote working protocols. Malicious apps and websites and social engineering lures are all being leveraged for espionage, disruption, financial fraud and extortion. Whilst we are still working through COVID-19 and preparing for business resumption, remote investigation techniques will have to be implemented to reflect how organisations and their employees are operating. With everything turning more and more digital, what other risks do we need to be aware of and how can companies manage these during the current climate?

During this one hour webinar we will use case studies to discuss the following issues:

  • Attack trends and remedies
  • Cyber security compliance
  • Conducting remote investigations in the new normal
  • Crisis management when working remotely

By the end of this session attendees will learn:

  • What risks and threats exist and how crisis management can and must be applied to prepare for and respond to disruptive events
  • What the cyber & insider risks and challenges to businesses are
  • What effective crisis management looks like

This session is relevent for those with an interest in cyber, fraud and crisis management.
