o  Advising Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Limited, an AIM listed specialist non-life insurance services provider. We have acted for the group on a range of acquisitions of companies (both regulated and unregulated) in the UK and overseas. Most recently we advised Randall & Quilter on Brickell Insurance Group’s £480 million takeover offer with a new $100 million equity fundraising.

o  Advising Aviva Plc on substantial outsourcing arrangements, including building claims management and IT systems procurement.

o  Advising Hampden Underwriting Plc and Argenta Private Capital Limited on a range of corporate acquisitions and restructuring and compliance matters.
