John Ludlow moves up to deputy chair, five new board members

John Ludlow is the new Airmic deputy chair, following last month’s AGM. He takes over from Patrick Smith who becomes the senior deputy.

Four new board members were elected from a record total of 18 candidates, all of whom were of a very high calibre, according to chief executive John Hurrell. They are Colin Barker, Jane Davey, David Hertzell and Xavier Mutzig. The Board have co-opted a fifth new board member, Kathryn Wallin.

Outgoing chair Chris McGloin thanked the retiring members for their valued contributions to the association. They are Nicholas Bailey, Lisa Connolly, Nicola Harvey and Elaine Heyworth. He also paid tribute to the excellent work of the Airmic secretariat led by John Hurrell.
