Jane Davey and Patrick Smith step down
Airmic has co-opted two new board members, Fiona Davidge of the Wellcome Trust and Mark Dawson of Thomas Cook. They will start with immediate effect.
Their appointments follow the resignations of Jane Davey and former chairman Patrick Smith. Both Davey and Smith have taken positions in the market which are incompatible with Airmic membership.
John Hurrell, Airmic chief executive, commented: "I’d like to thank Jane and Patrick for all they have done whilst being on the board, and we wish them all the very best for the future."
He added, "We are delighted to welcome Fiona and Mark onto the board, and very much look forward to working with them."
