Members must build risk alliances, says association
Airmic members are being invited to bring a colleague in their HR or benefits departments to the People Risk Academy Forum in London, 5 December 2019.
The Forum will give members and their peers the opportunity to learn about and explore in-depth some of the biggest challenges and developments on the people risk agenda.
"It's impossible to tackle the vast subject of people risk in a vacuum and so we are encouraging our members work closely with colleagues in relevant departments to build a risk alliance," explains Richard Cutcher, Airmic's research and development manager and author of Airmic's forthcoming report on People Risk.
"That's why we've opened up this event to members' colleagues in human resources and benefits. Not only does it give our members a good reason to reach out, but it will also shine a light on risk management for colleagues who have perhaps traditionally not seen risk as key to their role."
