New UK Corporate Governance Code

The update of the UK Corporate Governance Code was published by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) on 22 January, following a period of consultation to which Airmic contributed on behalf of members. The Code applies to companies with a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, on a comply or explain basis.
