FRC chief to give Airmic lecture

Airmic announced this month that Stephen Haddrill, the chief executive of the Financial Reporting Council (pictured right), will be speaking at the association's annual evening lecture in January. 

The theme of the evening will be corporate culture, with Haddrill arguing that corporate culture doesn't just protect a business, it generates value.

He will draw on the FRC's recent report Corporate Culture and the Role of Boards, which is a 'must read' for all risk professionals, and is designed to stimulate thinking and initiate debate about this important topic. He will also offer his vision of the future of corporate culture. 

The lecture will take place at Lloyds on 31 January, with a drinks receptions afterwards. All Airmic members are welcome; please register your place here.
