Leadership Masterclass 4: Adapting to the New Reality: Navigating AI and the Future of Work

16th October 2024 9:00 – 11:00

Masterclass Four –‘Adapting to the New Reality: Navigating AI and the Future of Work’ - will test ideas including whether AI will bring humans and machines closer together rather than replacing human work. Will artificial intelligence and machines augment humans, combining the relative strengths and weaknesses of both to allow businesses and humans to grow? Or is AI the end of a large proportion of jobs that exist today? Can we predict the jobs that will exist in the future, and what are the risks and opportunities that will manifest themselves as the world transitions to a new digital age?
