This December members can enjoy one of the big social events of the Airmic calendar.
The Airmic Annual Dinner makes its return in 2021.
Tickets will be on sale soon for for this year’s Airmic Annual Dinner which will take place at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London on the evening of 7 December.
Julia Graham, Airmic’s CEO, said: “We have two excellent speakers, including Baroness Ruth Davidson, politician and former leader of the Scottish Conservative Party, followed by after dinner entertainment from comedian Dr Kevin Fong.
“We’re looking forward to a fabulous evening over a fine dinner in great company!” Julia added.
Airmic chair Claire Combes will welcome attendees to the dinner, which is in association with Claire’s chosen charity, the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), one of the UK’s leading sight loss charities and the largest community of blind and partially sighted people.
“Supporting Airmic’s diversity agenda, the RNIB are assisting employers to attract, recruit and manage the employment of blind or partially sighted people,” Claire said.
“Data from September 2019 shows that only 27% of blind and partially sighted people of working age are in employment – a fall from 33% in employment in 2006,” she added.
