Virtual field trip to FM Global’s research campus

Airmic has teamed up with partners at FM Global to provide a new virtual field trip, free for members.

Taking advantage of technology and acknowledging current restrictions on international travel, Airmic members will be able to undertake a fascinating two hour live virtual tour of FM Global’s Research Campus in Glocester, Rhode Island, USA on 2 December 2021.

Join Ronnie Gibson, VP of Brand Experience at FM Global, on a field trip to the world’s largest industrial hazards research campus.

With over thirty years in the loss prevention business, Ronnie will share the elements of best practice in the research of industrial disasters.

From climate risk, through fires and explosions, to cyber and equipment hazards, research supports the three key steps – understanding the risk, developing solutions, confirming effectiveness.

Tour the laboratories, experience the tests and demonstrations, and ask questions, all in real time.

This live event will allow attendees to get close to the action and see real-life examples that can be applied to any risk management scenario.
